Download 2008-2013 Strategic Plan Draft

During the 2007/2008 season the club's strategic plan was updated for the period 2008 to 2013. Thanks to the Strategic Planning Committee: Jody Woodland, Ian Robinson, Derrick Hynes, Sylvie Hamel, Tom Ullyett and Bill Curtis.

Over the next five years the goals of the plan will be maintaining high quality ski trails and facilities, maintaining a safe environment, ensuring the long-term viability of the club and securing land tenure for our trail system. Of course, we also want to continue doing all of these things in such a way that balances the needs of both our recreational and competitive skier communities.
