If you want to learn the basics to get you started or you want to improve a specific skill, the following ski schools offer programs for children and adults.
- RPAY - Skiing and Snowshoeing Lessons for Seniors (Elderactive)

Nordic Snowshoeing for Seniors
Length: 4 sessions of 1 hour each
Days: Mondays, March 18, 22, 25, 29 at 1:30 PM
Audience: Seniors
Fee: $10 for ElderActive Recreation Association members,
equipment included; $20 for non-members
Cross Country Skiing for Seniors FULL
Length: 4 sessions of 1 hour each.
Days: Fridays, February 8, 15, 22 and March 1 at 1:30 PM
