Membership Information
Becoming a member gives you access to the best ski trails in the Yukon!
As a member you get:
- A season pass with unlimited skiing on 75 kilometres of safe, groomed ski trails
- 5 kilometres of lit trails for night skiing - Monday to Friday until 9:30 pm
- Over 20 kilometres of trails for skiing with your dog(s)
- Indoor waxing area with benches, vises, irons and power outlets
- Change rooms, lockers, showers and saunas
- Ski programs and races for various ages and abilities
- Wax and Wine evenings and other social events
- Social area for relaxing after skiing
- Indoor play area for children
- Kitchen area for preparing hot drinks and snacks
- Informative ski club newsletters and email updates
- Waxing information and up-to-date trail reports
- Year round access to the trails for walking, trail running and mountain biking
Season Pass
THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 31 EACH YEAR.
If you ski on a regular basis, you should consider becoming a member. Our membership fees are very affordable and give you access to the trails year round. All members receive a season pass which is valid from October 1 to September 30.

UNDER 6 CATEGORY: Children born 2004 or later = $20
75+ CATEGORY : Elders born 1934 or later = FREE
NOTE: When purchasing a membership, GST must be added to the above rates.
* Students: Fulltime student 16 & older holding a current student card from a secondary or post secondary school. If student is 16-18 years old and one parent is a club member - pay the Junior rate.
** Additional Children: Families that have registered two children may register any additional children (up to 18 years of age) for $15 each. This also applies to families in which only 1 parent is a member.
Register Online
You can Register Online from the convenience of your office or home using the secure payment system with Zone 4. Online registration is available as of September 1.
If you register on line, please pick up your trail pass at The Ski Base.
Register By Mail
Follow the steps below to register by mail:
1. Download Our Membership Form - available September 15, 2010.

2. Complete both sides of the registration form.
3. Issue a cheque for your registration fee and attach it to your registration form. Make the cheque payable to the "Whitehorse Cross Country Ski Club".
4. Mail your registration form to:

Register In Person
You can register in person at the following locations:
The Ski Base
*Register at The Ski Base from September 15, 2010 to the end of the ski season.
Cash, cheque, credit card or debit card accepted.
Participating Sport Stores
*Register at our Participating Sport Stores from September 15, 2010 to October 31, 2010.
Credit card and debit card accepted only.
Pick up your trail pass (membership card) at The Ski Base.
