Haywood Nationals Updates

Volunteers please note that there is a volunteer briefing on Tuesday, March 2 from 6:30p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  The volunteer jackets will be given out and a lot of details about the event will be presented.  Volunteers are encouraged to attend.  Refreshments will be served.

The Haywood Nationals website is open and is the only source for information regarding the Nationals, including schedules, accomodation and registration. Course maps and profiles will be available in late January.

If you plan to bring a cell phone to the Nationals (that probably means everybody) you should note the following:

Bell and Telus phones will work in Whitehorse and Yukon.  (Telus phones on roam)  Most Rogers phones will not get service. GSM-only phones from Rogers, the US and overseas will not work.

The 2010 Haywood Ski Nationals organizing committee may still need some volunteers to help with event and race tasks.
