Business Model Review
In January 2009 the ski club board contracted Outside the Cube consulting to review the club's business model and governance and to provide recommendations on how the club operates. Funding support was provided by Yukon Government, through the Community Development Fund.
When the board updated the club's Strategic Plan and agreed on a Business Plan in 2008, one of the goals was to review the business model and governance. That review was completed in April and a report was submitted to the board in May 2009. The board is now making the report available to club members and comments are welcome.
The board will be considering the report's recommendations over the summer and a plan will be made for implementing changes during the following year.
